Problem or a security issue....

I added a blog entry, was there, able to edit and all. Today when viewing the entry my name is at the bottom and all but now says Written By: Jon Woodin, not me...

Unless this is you editing under admin status which is fine then you have a security or failure in the software. IF security issue beware, had this type of item on one of my sites, hackers took it completely down and forced removal of it.

If part of Joomla again beware, have read numerous issues with the software.....

It wasn't that, i allowed some people to have author access and for some reason when they viewed your post, it updated it with their author name. Not sure why, i had checked it earlier. Do you like this blogging thing, I am not a big fan of it but whatever works. It will be interesting in seeing the next release for Joomla, security was a big issue they addressed.

Like it, can take or leave it really. When I had it on a few of my sites it seemed to take users away from the Forums of which I really wanted them to go to. As with my little entry has no real insight to the website itself just a user input.

I really found to my dismay that after a bit when it became published instead of attracting nice comments they attracted more advertisers looking for free spots to palce there dumb prescription ads. Plus foul language dummies...

But who knows, might be different here....
